I like delicious fish, so I had to look this up. But I can’t find it in any dictionary.
The right side is definitely 旨 which can be read uma•i, ‘delicious.’ (Incidentally, the same character which starts ‘uma•mi’).
The left side is similar to 魚, the most widely used character for ‘fish.’
Maybe it’s an ancient, now-deprecated character.
