This gentleman, Steve, is a hairstylist at Supercuts and a Ballard fixture. He expertly cut my hair during the 3.5 years I lived in Ballard, and most of the following year. (I made special trips back.) I have seen him at the Ballard Smoke Shop a few times, and I always try to say hello. He is a gentleman cowboy.
