So clean! Judging from the cloud formations, local weather experience, foliage visible on Beacon Hill, and brown grass on the railroad tracks, I estimate this photo was taken in late Summer or early Fall, when the evenings have just started to get a bit chilly.
I have posed the question to local atmospheric scientist Cliff Mass. I hope he replies.

I would guess spring….those are cumulus clouds associated with instability…which is a max in spring. April or May?…cm
Ah, I had ruled out early Spring due to the full trees, but mid or late Spring may be possible. Well played, Mr. Mass.

I came across this really bad server room janitor closet. When I showed this to my coworker he said,
Back in the 80’s I had a customer that had put the Mainframe in the Men’s room. When I told the person in charge that it wasn’t a good idea, I told him that he was the only customer that I had with a computer in the bathroom. He quickly corrected me and told me they had a urinal in the computer room!
